According to the American Heritage dictionary, ministry is: 

• "the act of serving", or,
• "the profession, duties, and services of a minister."


At WPC, we believe that every member was created with special gifts, talents, skills, and abilities that make them particularly suited for works that God has prepared for us to accomplish with our lives.

This is a really exciting concept! It means that God created you with a special purpose in mind, and that He has also created opportunities for you to yield to His leading and serve Him in the way you were designed.

This requires a high level of trusting in God's planning, His ultimate purpose of redeeming the world back to himself, and His desire for you to be a part of that redemption process.

WPC has created different "ministries" as opportunities for the church body to serve both the members of the body and all others with whom we come into contact.
