The purpose of the prayer ministry is to increase the individual and corporate prayerfulness of the Westminster community through building teams that are praying and interceding for the life and ministry of Westminster.

If you have a prayer request that you would like to receive prayer for, please inform us so that we might be able to pray for you.  Submitted requests are prayed for every week at our weekly prayer times.

On Sunday mornings, we come together as an entire church body; all ages, all generations, church staff and lay persons to corporately worship God and we want our worship times to be covered in prayer from this day forward. Therefore...

YOU ARE INVITED TO BE A PART OF A FOUNDATIONAL PRAYER OPPORTUNITY ON SUNDAY MORNINGS.

There will be people praying corporately during both services in the prayer room and we would ask that you would consider joining us as we call upon the Lord and seek to make Westminster a House of Prayer. You don't have to sign up you just simply have to show up any Sunday you feel lead to pray. Each Sunday there will be a prayer leader in the room that will help faciliate the prayer time. Each month these leaders change and you can find there names on the bulletin board outside the prayer room.

The Prayer Room is located in the bride's room which is Room 108: right outside the narthex doors. Inside the room you will find resources that can help faciliate your prayer time. Please feel free to stop by at anytime during the week and get a glimpse of the room and its setup. You will also find many resources on prayer that you can take home with you including the book "Building a House of Prayer."

You are invited to join us for weekly prayer Wednesday mornings.  During this prayer time we are coming together corporately to pray for the specific ministries with-in our church body.  Each week we are focusing on one specific ministry to be covered; in faith that God will direct and guide all persons serving that ministry. In addition we are praying for any cares, concerns and praises that you want to share during this hour.  We invite you to come and pray for the guidance of Westminster, and ultimately that we are walking in God’s will together.
